The value for money at this hotel is incredible. Considering the prices of other hotels in the area, you get so much more for your money here. The attention to detail in the rooms is excellent, with basic amenities provided and a good selection of items available. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location of this hotel is fantastic, situated in a prime area that allows you to easily explore the city on foot.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms. They were a little tired and could have been cleaner.

Conveniently located near iconic attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to assist me with charging my phone using their adaptors. The air conditioning and double glazed windows ensured a comfortable stay even in the hot Roman summer. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and friendly service.

i got moved to hotel elite. room was spotless as was the bathroom. staff were friendly and helpful. location was excellent.

being moved from hotel tritone to hotel elite. this was not fair as i booked hotel tritone. breakfast in hotel elite was very poor. i asked for double bed..i had two singles put together.

The breakfast was excellent, the receptionists were very helpful and the hotel was in a perfect spot, next to the sightseeings.

The room wasn't big enough and the bed was uncomfortable.

Shabby and rundown room with thin curtains and chipped enamel in the bath. Walls and woodwork in a terrible state, with chipped and marked surfaces.

The hotel is in a great location where you can walk to most major attractions. Staff are very friendly and the counter staff helpful and well informed about local places to eat or have a drink. Breakfast was very good and the staff excellent.

No bar in the hotel to have a drink at but a very good bar around the corner.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered air conditioning and double glazed windows to keep out the noise of the busy city. The location was also a huge plus, as it was conveniently located in the heart of the city and near a coffee house. the breakfast offered pancakes and pastries until 10:30, which was a tasty start to the day.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the room was quite dark and had a blockage in the wall that hindered natural light from coming in.

I thought the location was very good and walking distance from almost all of my meeting places.

My only negatives are that the water took a long time to get hot and the air conditioning was not easy to use.

The room was clean the staff were friendly the breakfast was lovely.

I asked for a double bed but it was two single pushed together

We enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city, surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel had excellent facilities - including air conditioning, double glazed windows and a coffee/tea maker - that made our stay comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of options and we loved the charming location at the top of the hotel. The hotel was close to major touristic sites, including the Trevi Fountain, which was only a short walk away.

The hotel is superbly located if you want to explore Rome. You can easily reach the main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas on foot. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful. The breakfast provided is a great value and served on the roof top with an awesome view of Rome.

All was great, can't ask for more!
